  • Why should I book using this website?

    By booking using this website you are dealing directly with the accommodation provider, which gives you best rate available and  more control over your booking.

  • What is the earliest I can Check-in?

    Standard check-in time is 2pm. Need earlier? Just call us to arrange.

  • Can I arrive late?

    Yes, we have an easy after hours self check in procedure, please give us a call if you're wanting to arrive after 6pm.

  • Do you have undercover parking?

    Reception area is undercover.

  • Are your rooms non-smoking?

    Yes, all rooms are non-smoking.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    No, all rooms are fully self contained and a large variety of eateries and restaurants are only 5 minutes away.

  • Do you have EV chargers on site?

    Yes, we have 4 complimentary convenient EV chargers on site for your use.

  • Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

    Yes all rooms have high speed unlimited WIFI.

  • Do you have an outdoor entertainment area?

    Yes, we have a garden BBQ area.

  • How close are you to the shops?

    4 minutes by car to Wilsonton Shopping centre featuring over 40 specialty stores and major grocery retailers such as Woolworths, Coles and Aldi. 


    Grand Central Shopping Centre featuring over 50 fashion stores, 6 screen Event cinemas, 550 seat foodcourt and 140 specialty stores. Retailers including Myer, Big W, Target & Kmart, PLUS Woolworths and Coles.

  • How close are you to restaurants?

    We are located within 2-5 minutes by car of number of restaurants and fast food outlets including GYG, Super Rooster, KFC, McDonalds, Subway, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Dominos Pizza, Chinese, Indian, Thai and Mexican. Please visit Google Maps for a detailed list.


    Wilsonton Hotel is a local favourite only 4 minutes away and open 7 days a week from 10am offering a large family bistro and Sports bars.


  • Do you have smart tv’s?

    Yes, in all rooms there is a 50” smart tv for you to watch your favourite streaming entertainment

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?

    Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours will be charged.


  • How do I guarantee my booking?

    Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $200 cash bond.

  • Do you have a gym?

    No gym on site however many gyms only short 5 minute drive away such as Anytime Fitness, Jetts and Goodlife gyms.
